See every detail, color, and brushstroke up close and at your own pace. Embrace the paintings through high-quality, licensed photographs and a special printing technique. All works are accompanied by informative signage, and there are audio guides available to rent.

What can I expect from the Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition?

The exhibit shows a life-size, up-close, never-before-seen perspective of Michelangelo’s masterpieces!

Where is the experience located?

The event takes place in the Grote Kerk (Rond de Grote Kerk 12, 2513 AM, Den Haag).

How do I get to the venue?

The Grote Kerk is easily accessible by public transport. For more information, visit ns.nl or 9292ov.nl. There are also two parking garages within walking distance of the Grote Kerk: Torengarage or Q-Park City Parking.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning.

How long does the experience last?

The exhibit lasts between 60 - 90 minutes

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchases?

Unfortunately, there won’t be food or beverage for purchase at this event.

Where can I get tickets?

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Can I make a group booking

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

We recommend that visitors arrive at the time indicated on their ticket to ensure they have enough time to fully enjoy their experience, but it is possible to access the reserved session up to 30 minutes after the indicated start time. Beware, however, of the last sessions of the day: we strongly recommend that you arrive at the time indicated on your ticket, to ensure that you have time to see the entire exhibition before it closes.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals. If you would like to bring a service animal, please fill out this form.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.

Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

We are happy to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.

A booklet containing information will be available for the hearing-impaired and each fresco is described by a dedicated sign.
An audio guide is available free of charge to enable you to enjoy the descriptions of each fresco. This audio guide has not been specifically developed for the visually impaired and is the same as that offered to other visitors. The audio guide is available in English, French, Spanish and German.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event won’t include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on-site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.

Is a coat check available?

Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
