How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60–90 minutes with the audio guide
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
What to wear?
While the frescoes should warm your soul, dress warmly as the cathedral is unheated.
Is it COVID safe?
The experience will adhere to local COVID guidelines. Masks are not required but are encouraged.'
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue in place of the audio guide.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
The audio guide will explain the history of the frescos to users. There is also an introductory video at the start of the experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough exhibit but there is seating supplied throughout the venue and seating in the theatre.

Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Can I bring animals?
No, this event is not pet-friendly but service animals are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome!

Is there parking available?
There is a parking lot with paid parking at Rundle Place. More information can be found here
. From this car park, you will find the exhibit on Level 2. We also recommend public transport where possible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted. We ask that you are respectful of other guests.
Is alcohol permitted?
No alcohol is not permitted on site.

Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability and have the same surcharge as online tickets. Tickets onsite are through card payments only, no cash sales are available on site.

How can I pay?
Payments for tickets and souvenir articles are only possible by card.
Who are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased through the Fever App and website. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform and we will not be able to offer any assistance if they have been purchased anywhere else
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, ticket validation will be through contactless tickets directly in the Fever App.
Can I pay for my ticket with cash?
No, cash payment will not be possible.
Is there a cloak room available?
No there is no cloak check or cloak room on site.
Does my ticket include audio guide?
Yes, you will be sent an app to pre-download before you get to the experience. Also please remember to bring your headphones compatible with your phone.
