Transfers
You can transfer your tickets via your ShowClix Account. If you need assistance, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your ticket date and include your order number.
Exchanges
Tickets are fully exchangeable for any available date and time at no additional cost. Exchanges can be made directly through your ShowClix Account.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions are agreed upon before purchase and can be viewed on your ticket receipt. Please reach out to hello@sistinechapelexhibit.com if you feel there are special circumstances that warrant a refund.
