SportBox reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. If you submit content (e.g., feedback, posts), you grant SportBox a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for promotional and operational purposes, provided it does not infringe on third-party rights.
The Services may contain links to third-party sites. SportBox is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportBox and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for tickets or services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportBox, its affiliates, and staff against any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive objections to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
SportBox may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time. Provisions such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SportBox for the Exhibition and supersede all prior agreements related to the Services.
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue in full effect. Failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
